Relationship Therapy

I strive to create a safe and non judgmental space for all relationships (couples, folks in an open/poly relationship, LGBTQ folks, etc.) to identify unhealthy patterns in their relationship. By addressing these unhelpful patterns, therapy can help them create new patterns to aid in a stronger bond. 

I work with folks in relationships who are struggling with communication, trauma, intimacy, boundaries, disconnection, and cultural differences. Relationship therapy can also be helpful for life’s transitions such as: moving in together, becoming parents, premarital counseling, and marriage/engagement.
