Individual Therapy

My number one priority is to create a safe and non judgmental space where you can have raw and honest conversations about life’s stressors and the ways that they impact your daily life.

My approach to therapy is eclectic, multiculturally competent, and collaborative. There is no “perfect” way to approach healing and growth so I build the therapy around each person's individual needs. Although every session looks different, my empathy and honesty never waver. 

One of the main benefits of therapy is that it offers an unbiased opinion that allows you to see things from a bigger perspective in situations where that may feel impossible. My role as your therapist is to support you through life’s biggest moments: life transitions, relationship issues, body image, depression, anxiety, trauma, cultural and multicultural identity issues, racial issues, gender and sexual identity development, and addiction.

I am especially interested in working with creators, artists, and media folks.
